The Diploma thesis is dealing with creativity, innovation and organizational culture. In the theoretical part are defined relationships between these aspects. In the practical part, based on a questionnaire survey, personal observation and interviews with employees of IBM Delivery Center Brno Central Europe an evaluation of organizational culture is created. And based on the identified deficiencies, the proposals leading to increased creativity of individuals and teams in the company, increased employee‘s motivation and improved overall organizational culture of the company, are made.

The thesis describes the research and analysis of current microblogging services and finding their strength and weaknesses. The bachelor’s thesis focuses on communication and corporate culture in the construction company. In the theoretical part, there are specified basic concepts of communication and corporate culture. The practical part is based on research hypotheses, on the basis of which a questionnaire was created. It analyses the actual situation of communication and corporate culture in the construction company and it verify the hypothesis. To expand research was used controlled interviews were conducted with selected employees in the company. The final part occurs the analyzed data and the resulting recommendations to improve the situation in company.

In the Bachelor thesis is concerned with the team collaboration and exercise the equality of opportunities in the construction industry. In the theoretical part I defined the terms in the field of construction industry, strangeness and importance of managerial work, team collaboration and exercise the equality of opportunities. In the practical part I based on four hypotheses, which I investigate using a questionnaire. At the end of the work I draw the conclusions of my hypotheses, whether they were confirmed or refuted.

The diploma thesis deals with the risks related to team building and management in company Profi FP, which offers financial advisory within its activities. The thesis is divided into three parts. The theoretical part is devoted to the professional description of selected topics related to the topic of the thesis. The following section focuses on the general characteristics of the company, the analysis of the current status of assembling and leading the teams, and analyzing the risks associated with leading and setting up the teams in the company. The last part deals with proposals for measures and team activities, which would eliminate or minimize the most risky factors and processes in leading and setting up teams, thus improving these processes in the selected company.

Every team member send his work report in specific time period for compare themself with each other. In first part is described analysis and motivation for this application. Next chapters inform about similiar applications, Android platform and used technologies. In design chapter are described screens of mobile application, history of their design and web application design. In the last chapter is described implementation and testing.
